In order to offer its Builder/Developer clients even more, Jenny Pruitt New Homes Services is pleased to announce the addition of Land Acquisition and Marketing Services.
Heading the team, Katherine Woodruff and Caroline Simmel join Jenny Pruitt New Homes Services as the land acquisition and marketing team. With an ability to assist clients from a different perspective, the land acquisition department will work closely with the sales department to provide a unique understanding of the growth patterns of residential and commercial development.
