Prosodie-Capgemini, the leader in prepaid solutions for 15 years, and Limonetik, specialist in alternative payment methods on the web, are signing a partnership agreement to provide a dedicated offer for all types of payment (mobile, wallet, web…) allowing customers to benefit from a comprehensive cross channel experience.
Whether it’s through websites, mobile apps, phones or even physical stores, consumers now use many channels to stay informed and transform their purchasing options. From mobile payment, wallets, digital or physical prepaid cards, through to store cards or even loyalty programs, payment methods have multiplied, yet they don’t always offer a uniform customer experience across different purchasing channels. To respond to these new demands, Prosodie-Capgemini and Limonetik have decided to consolidate their knowledge of payment solutions.
For consumers there will be a variety of new payment methods available. Someone who has a wallet, for example, will, thanks to a secure mobile app, be able to make a purchase in a physical store while using their loyalty points. In addition, someone with a prepaid card or vouchers will be able to use their credit on any Internet site.
These new payment methods are more specifically adapted for professionals from the insurance, health, e-commerce and education sectors, as well as marketing, franchising and payment professionals..
