In a transformative IT engagement, Ciber will replace Excela Health’s existing outdated and disparate business and operational systems, which don’t support the needs of an integrated health care delivery system. The new solution is designed to enhance the health care provider’s ability to access critical information, streamline processes, reduce costs and improve customer service.

Excela’s investment in Infor software includes Infor Lawson Supply Chain Management and Infor Enterprise Financial Management solutions. The integration will involve an examination of Excela Health’s current financial processes to promote financial discipline and business transparency while driving operational efficiencies. Additionally, data standardization and consolidation will enhance data functions, such as operational reporting across the enterprise.

The implementation reduces the cost of Excela’s IT systems by leveraging the cloud and Ciber’s managed services, allowing the health care provider to redirect precious resources and capital to further enhance their mission of improving the health and well-being of every life the organization touches.
