Resolver is pleased to announce that Lower Mainland Facilities Management (LMFM) has successfully implemented Resolver’s GRC Cloud solution to support their Risk Management program.
LMFM, a group within the Fraser Health Authority (FHA), chose Resolver based on ease of use and an excellent track record of streamlined implementations. LMFM implemented GRC Cloud’s out of the box ERM solution for risk management and infrastructure management for the facilities that comprise FHA, Providence Health Care, Provincial Health Services Authority and Vancouver Coastal Health.
“The goal of using Resolver’s GRC Cloud in our Risk Management Program is to identify, manage, measure, and report facilities and infrastructure asset risks in all LMFM owned facilities, in a strategic and prioritized manner that is aligned to protect, support and enable the clinical mission “ said Wakako Thomson, Business Analyst of Fraser Health.
Pretesh Mistry, Solution Architect at Resolver said,“ The team at Fraser Health was a pleasure to work with. We were delighted to have a successful roll-out of their Risk Management solution. Often companies are intimidated by the idea of implementing enterprise class software. We have, through our many implementations, streamlined the process to make it as efficient as possible.”
