Assima are delighted to announce that they are involved in winning two gold awards at this year’s Training Journal awards.
The awards promote excellence, best practice and innovation in Training and Learning & Development, and highlight the importance of this area in today’s business climate.
With Accenture, Assima were awarded gold in the Best Training Partnership Award focussing on their Skills to Succeed Academy. ‘Skills to Succeed’ is a not-for-profit programme designed to provide free, cloud-based, experiential eLearning aimed at hard-to-reach young job seekers. It offers interactive learning taking participants through the entire journey of seeking, securing and staying in work. Its key objectives are to equip 500,000 people across the world with the skills required to get a job or build a business by 2015.
Accenture developed their learning programme using best practice, and experiential learning techniques, coupled with the tool, insight, skills, and experience provided by Assima, without charge, to empower young people by putting them at the centre of the learning.
Assima’s also secured first place with another gold award with its client Royal Sun Alliance (RSA). This time they triumphed in The Best Commercial Programme Award, a highly competitive category with many entrants.
RSA broke away from traditional training models by introducing an entirely new approach to call centre systems training using Assima’s innovative cloning technology. This led the company to significantly improve customer experience and call centre agent productivity, increasing their Level-1 reaction scores from 87.5% to 92.3%.
RSA were also credited with a bronze award for The Best Use of Technology in Learning using Assima Training Suite.
Commenting on the wins, Paul Stevens, General Manager, Assima UK, said “We are extremely pleased to win two prestigious gold awards in this highly popular programme. Both awards acknowledge the combined efforts and hard work we have achieved with our partners and clients.”
