With NetSuite, Cequal can generate sales reports within an hour, compared to days required with its previous Sage system. NetSuite manufacturing support has enabled Cequal to streamline production of its flagship BedLounge product and other posture-related goods at its southern California plant, while the company can better manage inventory for its 700 SKUs and better source materials from about 20 suppliers. With NetSuite, Cequal has steadily increased its retail partner stores to more than 100, including Relax the Back and Ortho Mattress, while expanding international with B2B sales to Canada, Israel, Russia and Australia. "NetSuite has allowed us to reduce our resource usage significantly," said Daniel Hirsch, Cequal Chief Operating Officer. "The fact that NetSuite is in the cloud is a huge advantage because our workforce is spread out. NetSuite has enabled us to be flexible and grow the business without adding staff. Our ability to access information is significantly better so we have a much better handle on where we are."
