The Doral Business Council (DBC), one of the leading economic development organizations in South Florida, announced today it has retained the services of EV Services, Inc. (EVSI) led by Esther Monzon-Aguirre, who will act as Executive Director.

Ms. Monzon-Aguirre’s resume includes over 30 years of policy formulation, legislative advocacy, management consultancy and community outreach expertise. Ms. Monzon-Aguirre advises and represents clients throughout the corporate community regarding their public, regulatory and marketplace challenges. EVSI is a woman-owned, Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), which specializes in Community Outreach and Public Involvement for local government agencies and municipalities as well as private corporations.
