Language Insight has moved into new premises at an historic London location. The language services provider has relocated for the second time this year as a result of its ever-expanding team.
The new office is housed within The Malt Store in Southwark. This is the former site of the Sarson's Vinegar Factory; a Grade II-listed building on a site that was originally used as a mustard works. By the middle of the 19th century it was being used to ferment and bottle malt vinegar, and it was reported Londoners could smell vinegar in the air as they approached from nearby Tower Bridge.
Language Insight opened its first London office in January of this year. The team is led by Adrian Gonzalez, who brought his extensive market research experience to the Company. The London office handles the translation branch of the Company's language services, with a particular specialism in the European business languages of French, German, Spanish and Italian.
Since opening less than a year ago, the team has grown to the point that relocation into larger premises was necessary. The new office provides space to extend the current translation teams further still, while there is also room available to host meetings with clients.
The Malt Store is one of two Language Insight offices in the UK; its head office is located in Preston, Lancashire. The company rebranded from Transcription Global at the start of 2013 and has enjoyed rapid expansion ever since.
As part of the rebrand, the Company launched a new website and a custom-designed secure file sharing system. Acknowledging the digital age all businesses now operate in, the Secure Client Portal provides customers with a way to securely upload their audio and document files for transcription and translation while on the move. Once registered for Language Insight's services, clients simply need a web-enabled device and they can upload their files directly to their own password-protected area ready for a quote.
In this era of globalization, businesses have never been more aware of the value of language services. Cutting corners is not an option, which is why accredited translation providers like Language Insight are the preferred choice for clients looking for high quality results. Language Insight is ISO 9001-certified for quality systems management, and all the translations the Company produces are subject to a vigorous quality assurance process to ensure they meet these standards.
