GSF Mortgage Corp. welcomes a new addition in Waterford, MI. Overseeing the branch will be Branch Manager, Linda Howe.
Howe brings more than 20 years of experience along with an accounting background to GSF Mortgage. Her extensive career started off at a large financial advisor company doing real estate syndication. Later, Howe spent over 20 years as the Vice President of a mortgage corporation.
Her interest in the mortgage industry came naturally due to her accounting background. She realized there was a lack of training and skill level in the market, along with need for people who could process and analyze tax terms and conditions.
Howe finds that with real estate purchasers, the process can seem daunting and overwhelming. She prides herself on providing excellent customer service around the clock. She streamlines the process, letting clients know what to anticipate.
