GSF Mortgage is excited to announce their newest expansion in Cape Coral, FL. The addition will be overseen by Branch Manager, Ray Stevens.
Stevens began in the mortgage industry in 1990, while looking for a part time job. He is very math orientated and feels at home with numbers, which is why he knew this would be a good fit. Through his positions, he learned each facet the industry including processing and underwriting.
Stevens comes to GSF with many years of experience in Internet lending. He calls Zillow his “claim to fame”. Stevens has been on Zillow for seven years and is a Top Rated Zillow loan specialist with over 132 personal reviews. He knows how to encourage customers on the phone to move forward with their transactions.
Stevens prides himself on being transparent when it comes to his customers.
“Transparency helps people feel comfortable moving forward with Internet lending,” says Stevens. “Nothing builds trust like being transparent.”
Stevens is a retired Civil Service member. He spent 31 years working for USPS with 20 of those years spent in management. He believes his background in management will ensure the longevity of his branch. As he continues to build his branch within the community, Stevens will recruit for talented loan officers as well as build strong Realtor relationships.
