If it wasn’t already clear as a bell, the continued acknowledgement of Revize Software Systems’ outstanding work in the Website Design and CMS arena is a clarion call to government agencies and businesses across the country: Revize has established itself as a bellwether in website design and function.
This most recent honor, Digital Communities’ Digital Counties Survey Award, was bestowed on the Technology Services department of Bell County, TX for their effective and efficient use of information and communications technology to serve their citizens and streamline operations. The Center for Digital Government and the National Association of Counties ranked Bell County seventh nationally for counties with a population of 250,000-500,000 citizens.
"Bell County is truly honored to be recognized as an information technology leader and innovator," said Jim Chandler, Director of Technology Services for the County. "We are always looking for ways to improve our information technology systems and government-to-public offerings to better serve our community. Working with our web partner Revize, Bell County developed a new user-friendly website that was designed with a fresh modern look and improved navigation to help our local citizens access on-line content and better communicate with government officials.”
Chandler noted that the site includes new quick links to high demand content, such as meetings & events and public notices, along with a greater selection of on-line forms available for quick download, a consolidated ‘How Do I’ section to help with frequently asked questions. Other new citizen interactive features include the Sheriff’s non-emergency reporting on-line option, a vacation watch request submission, and the capability to report various types of problems directly to County officials.
Never content to rest on its laurels, Revize’s continued innovation and commitment to customer service has enabled the company to add clients at a brisk pace. Among the newest additions to the Revize family are the governments of Birmingham and Grosse Ile Township, MI; Middletown Township, PA; Maumee City, OH; Tipton County, TN; Williamsburg, KY; and the Clark County Justice Court in Las Vegas.
