A native of Simpsonville, South Carolina, Ms. Hamby joined Phillips in 2004 following graduation from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management. Her responsibilities with Phillips will include operational support, risk management, safety and human resources management. She has completed OSHA and National Safety Council training in rules and regulations of workplace safety, OSHA Compliance, and principles of occupational safety and health.
