Amanda Steidtmann of Crossman & Company signed a new-lease for 2,520 square feet at 7334 Spout Springs Road, Braselton, Georgia 30542. Friendship Springs Village leased the space to Mathews Salon and Spa. Mathews is expected to open next spring.

Amanda also has previous experience as a Regional Leasing Director for four years at Equity One, Inc. and one year with Victory Real Estate in Columbus, GA. She began her career in commercial real estate right after college and spent two years in property management with New Plan Realty, managing 10 properties in Tennessee and learned the essentials of shopping center operations.
