This agreement between the two companies comes as the industry rapidly intensifies with tighter regulations and demands on collections performance. Omega-RMS set out to establish a new standard in an industry known for hassling phone calls and misrepresentation. Omega-RMS is also incorporating new technology into its business model. At no additional cost to clients, a new real-time, web access client portal will allow direct access to current accounts. This tool allows customers to easily view portfolio summary reports or review collection activity on any account. Any information regarding what happens after placement is now available at any time.
