Additionally, for the very first time, Venue One will be offering membership to an exclusive business club, Innovation One, perfect for anyone from independent entrepreneurs to CEOs of large corporations. As pioneers in the field, Event Creative seeks to create a one-of-a-kind experience for all its club members, with innovative spaces to entertain clients, the opportunity to meet and network with like-minded professionals, and all the tools needed to get work done.
Venue One
Conveniently located in the vibrant West Loop neighborhood and featuring spectacular views of the city skyline, Venue One will provide 25,000 square feet of completely customizable event space perfect for any occasion.
The modern space features exposed molding and decorative accents and offers full HD video on 30 screens, LED color-changing light system, built-in advanced sound system, seamless plasma wall, image mapping wall and an on-site staff of technicians, chefs, designers, service staff and event managers. With printing capabilities and other distinctive services available on-site, gone are the days that a tardy sign delivery or lack of the right computer adapter can derail an otherwise perfect event. With Venue One and Event Creative, leave the worry at home.
Take the hassle out of event planning by utilizing the full inventory of lounge furniture, tables and chairs custom-designed by Event Creative Chief Creative Officer Lional Rivero-Cannon, as well as dinnerware and multiple linen selections available, which are included in the event price. Additional options can be special ordered to fulfill any planner’s vision. Multiple layouts can accommodate intimate gatherings to a sit-down dinner for up to 500 guests or cocktail reception for up to 800.
In an effort to cut down on energy and resources, Venue One has redesigned the space to feature reclaimed wood, LED screens and lighting, recycled materials, and on-site catering and equipment. These features not only reduce waste, but also decrease the amount of carbon emissions produced, since multiple vendors no longer need to travel to the event site. Everything is serviced in-house from Event Creative’s team.
Innovation One
The new Innovation One club from Event Creative is a networking and exhibition space for new and innovative ideas, products and concepts both in the real word and the virtual. The gathering spot, for anyone from forward thinking entrepreneurs to large corporations, offers the perfect environment to conduct meetings and business, while providing access to mentors and educational resources. Innovation One members will have the opportunity to be part of the community of like-minded professionals who can become mentors, partners, investors, developers, customers and friends. In addition, club members and exhibitors are offered everything from complimentary food and beverage from Venue One’s internationally trained chef to open and semi-private lounge areas for meetings.
As an added perk, members will be offered discounted rental rates for the 8,000-square-foot meeting space area located on the 2nd floor of the venue. Complete with eight private meeting suites including a creative suite, tech-equipped presentation suite, web casting, video conferencing, 30 HD video screens, modular set up, internet café, print center and on-site support staff the space will provide meeting planners and small business owners alike the tools they need to get to work. Rooms are rented for a predetermined fee, per person per hour.
Culinary Services
Venue One will offer food and beverage packages from a restaurant-caliber kitchen located on-premise. The menus were created by the talented husband-and-wife team of Chef James De Marte and Event Planner Rachel De Marte. Menus are fully customizable, able to be tailored to any event and client need. In addition, Venue One supports the surrounding community, utilizing food and beverage vendors from the Chicago area whenever possible. The De Martes come from years of food consulting and special event planning experience and are thrilled to bring a comprehensive one-of-a-kind culinary experience to every occasion.
