Taylor Morrison is pleased to congratulate sales associate Traci Garner, who was recently recognized by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin with the MAX Award for On-Site Sales Person of the Year. Taylor Morrison also received the MAX Award for Best Billboard for its Ladera ad campaign. The HBA hosted its annual Marketing and Advertising Excellence (MAX) Awards and Gala at the Renaissance Austin Hotel on May 11th and received more than 250 entries for this year’s competition.

Traci Garner has been a Taylor Morrison employee for six years and currently works at the Crystal Falls sales office. Traci prides herself on interacting with customers in a friendly and honest manner, listening to what they want in a home and helping them make those dreams come true. With a background in marketing and advertising, she uses her skills to create custom visualizations for each customer, including virtual tours, photo printouts and personalized emails with photos and diagrams.
