The Shubiki Corporation, Japan's leading business content provider, has released the courses entitled "Company Systems in Japan - Structure of Companies" in 7 languages for its business skills applications "BISCUE App" and "BISCUE e-Learning/m-Learning".
In reply to the demand for globalization, Japanese companies are increasing employment opportunities for non-Japanese workers, however they face difficulties in conducting their internal training programs.
