At Carolina Colours, the future’s so bright the residents now need shades to wear at their new pool complex. On Friday, May 31 the community homeowners celebrated the opening of the pool, a $750,000 complex that was completed as a result of Preston Development Company’s investment in the community.
“Our community celebrated the opening of summer with a pool party, something we’ve been looking forward to for a number of years. Kirkman, Preston Development and the Carolina Colours Community held another event to celebrate growth and activity at the community. A pool grand opening and ribbon cutting took place June 19th. Representatives from Preston Development, Kirkman, local dignitaries and real estate professionals officially opened the pool and celebrated the future at Carolina Colours.
