This move precedes former CEO and company founder Stuart Waplington taking position as Global Chairman, overseeing international operations & strategy.
Simon, previously responsible for business strategy and global business development at Framestore, has post produced & VFX supervised commercials for leading global brands including Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, Kraft, Kelloggs, Mars, Barclays, Mercedes, Coca-Cola and Nike. Prior to Framestore, Simon was Managing Director at world leading editing house, Cut+Run.

Simon is well known on the global festival circuits, where he has given held workshops and given presentations on a variety of subjects, including, Real-Time Animation, 2nd Screen Experiences, Characters in Advertising and Cloud Based Gaming, at major industry events including D&AD, Ciclope, Cristal, CCSP Brazil and TED. He was most recently invited by The APA to present at Bafta, as part of their Future Of Advertising 2013 event. He has also lectured on Post Production for the APA and IPA Masterclasses for the past 12 years.
