Gilbert, AZ, United States, 2013/06/13 - Ken Stout Racing debuts the Lucas Oil KSR Scion FR-S to test out the parts that built his machine, including Agency Power’s header and mid pipe - Agency-Power.com.
Robert Stout of Ken Stout Racing tested the Lucas Oil KSR Scion FR-S, that included Agency Power’s performance stainless steel header and mid pipe, at rounds one and two of the Pirelli World Challenge GTS Championships. This debut of their Scion FR-S occurred on March 22-24 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Next was the Long Beach Grand Prix, April 19-21 in Long Beach, California. Robert, starting 24th in the GTS class as part of the Pirelli World Challenge, completed the course, passing 11 cars, including five class cars.
Stout then ran the COTA, Circuit of the Americas, in Austin, Texas, which is another round of the Pirelli World Challenge, on May 17-19.
Agency Power (agency-power.com) added more horsepower to the Scion FR-S and an aggressive sound through the addition of the Agency Power Stainless Steel Header and the Power Over Pipe.
The all new Agency Power stainless steel header is made from 304 stainless steel and includes half inch thick flanges. The headers have a special designed collector to give perfect flow for increased horsepower. The header can work with the factory exhaust or with the Agency Power stainless steel mid pipe (sold separately).
The OEM over pipe and front pipe is a one piece unit that is restrictive and difficult to work with. Agency Power has designed a two piece system that allows more exhaust flow, is simple to install, and can be used with either aftermarket headers and catback or with the OEM system.
This is only the beginning for driver Robert Stout with this car, and Agency Power will be watching to see the results of their own addition to this racing machine.
