NewswireToday - /newswire/ - New York, NY, United States, 2013/06/11 - Starting in June 2013, Kidz Toyz and the U.S. Army® are set to launch a collaborative toy series - KidzToyz.com.

Kidz Toyz, Inc. and the U.S. Army® have joined forces to create a series of U.S. Army® inspired role play sets to launch in 2013 at mass retailers. Starting in June, more than a dozen toy play sets featuring walkie talkies, binoculars, combat assortments, tents and sleeping bags are set to hit the shelves.

The collaboration between Kidz Toyz and the U.S. Army® was inspired by Kidz Toyz’s owner Scott Spiegel’s desire to create quality toys that emulate the everyday lifestyle of our country’s fighting forces.

“The U.S. Army® is made up of some of our country’s most courageous, selfless and determined individuals and almost every child wants to be just like them: a soldier and a hero,” says Speigel.

Furthermore, through this collaboration, all licensing fees paid to the U.S. Army® for the use of its trademarks provide support to the Army Trademark Licensing Program, and net licensing revenue is devoted to U.S. Army® Morale, Welfare, and Recreation programs.

Spiegel explains,“Being able to give back to our soldiers and their families who have sacrificed for this country is the greatest thrill.”

Since 1995, Kidz Toyz, Inc. (kidztoyz.com) has been an innovator of quality toys that are safe, fun and intelligent. In addition to manufacturing their own products, they are also licensing partners with Kawasaki, AT&T, Disney and Nickelodeon. Owned and operated by Scott Spiegel, who has over 30 years of experience in the toy industry, Kidz Toyz, Inc. has offices and showrooms in Mount Kisco, NY, and Hong Kong.
