The next generation of geniSYS™ has come about following several years of research to improve key functions, including performance and operator interface of the original geniSYS™ tool, in line with Hydratight’s commitment to continuous improvement.

The geniSYS II™ enables users to accurately remove cracked or broken studs as well as allowing precise refurbishment of damaged threads, without the need for manually controlled drilling or metal disintegration techniques.

The geniSYS II™ features a 3-axis CNC control capability which allows it to perform bolt extraction and thread refurbishment in a single set-up. The geniSYS II™ arrives equipped with all the necessary tooling to machine a max depth of 17.06” (433.32mm) and a max diameter of 12” (304.8mm).
