Manila, Philippines, 2013/06/04 - Transcom was presented with the 2013 Frost & Sullivan Philippines Contact Center Outsourcing Customer Value Enhancement Award at the 2013 Frost & Sullivan Philippines Excellence Awards held on 4 June 2013 at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Manila.
The Frost & Sullivan Award for Customer Value Enhancement is presented each year to the company that has demonstrated excellence in implementing strategies that proactively create value for its customers with a focus on improving the return on the investment that customers make in its services or products.
This award recognizes the company's focus on enhancing the value that its customers receive, beyond simply good customer service, leading to improved customer retention and ultimately customer base expansion.
"Since its humble beginning in 2007 in the Philippines, Transcom has grown to about 9,500 seats capacity at four office locations from which it offers a full range of services to its wide international client base. Transcom successfully managed to grow its Philippines operations revenue by over 25% in 2012 where most of this growth was organic," said Krishna Baidya, Research Manager for ICT, Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific.

In 2012, Transcom launched its updated brand positioning, emphasizing its role in creating outstanding customer experiences, driving revenue and brand loyalty for its clients. The company earned revenues of €605.6 million in 2012, 9.3% higher than 2011.
