TharpeRobbins has unveiled new access card programs to help companies and organizations simplify the process for awarding employees. Called TR Select and TR Choice, the programs offer Thanks, Congratulations or Happy Holidays rewards to their employees.
With TR Choice, a company pre-selects the award level from a group of gift options. The TR Select program enables companies to place a bulk order for a gift ranging in price from $15 to $100 for distribution to large numbers of employees.
“Because the process of distributing holiday gifts to a large workforce can be daunting to source and administer, TR Select makes the process much simpler,” says Anthony Luciano, TharpeRobbins senior vice president of marketing. “Both programs are cost effective and impactful methods to celebrate and recognize employees.”
For TR Choice:
1. Choose a Theme Thank You, Celebration, Happy Holidays.
2. Choose a Level Pick the award level ranging from $15 to $100.
3. Create a Message Send a personalized message along with the gift.
4. Choose the Date TharpeRobbins will ship the access cards to all employees on a specific date so the corresponding redemption website can be set up and ready to go.
For TR Select:
1. Select a Level Levels include $15, $25, $50, $75, $100.
2. Select the Item Pick an item from the selected price level.
3. Add a Logo Companies/organizations can include a logo on the item.
4. Select the Date Choose the date and TharpeRobbins will ship the items to arrive when needed.
Gift options include jewelry, cutlery, backpacks, sporting equipment, picture frames, chocolates, popcorn, headphones, grilling tools and small electronics. TharpeRobbins conducts ongoing research to make sure the most sought after reward selections are always available.
“These programs can also be used to celebrate product launches, grand openings, sales goals, corporate initiatives, trade shows and company anniversaries,” says Luciano. “We include price levels to fit all budgets and, of course, pricing includes all fees and shipping.
