The public is invited to join the Independent Grape Growers of the Paso Robles Area (IGGPRA) for their Fungicide, Herbicide Practices and Innovative Tools Seminar on Monday, June 3, 2013 from 9:00am to 10:45am at Niner Wine Estates, located at 2400 CA Hwy 46 in Paso Robles, California.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Dale Evenson from Farm Supply Company about proper applications, rotation, selection and timing of fungicides in the vineyard. Linda LaVanne from Syngenta will discuss fungicides, insecticides and herbicides including GRAMOXONE®, its proper use and the possible lifting of restrictions in 2014. Lastly, Dan Bess from Infaco-USA will introduce new pruners, hedge trimmers (with an attachable saw head) and desuckering tools.
The seminar is FREE for IGGPRA members and $20 for non-members, coffee and donuts will be provided and 1.5 hours of continuing education credit has been requested.
