The Florida State HR Council announced today the dates for its 2nd Annual Executive Leadership Summit as May 16 - 18, 2013 at the Boca Raton Resort and Beach Club. During this exclusive, invitation-only event, Chief Executive Officers and Chief Human Resources Officers/Vice Presidents from the state of Florida will meet to discuss and address the challenges of interpreting the top, national economic trends and its impact to the human capital in the state.
“We recognized the need for a forum where company executives and top HR leaders in the state of Florida could come together with strategists and experts to discuss new ways to address workplace trends,” said Joyce Chastain, President of HR Florida State Council. “This summit will address how companies can strategically align themselves to address these issues and the impact to their human capital. Participants will be able to strategize on over-arching leadership approaches with their peers driving home the theme of the summit, Where the Conversation Begins.”
During the two and half day summit, senior executives will have the opportunity to hear renown speakers such as:
