Music driven theme shop, AudioTheme, releases the very first all-in-one WordPress solution for music makers. The premiere platform provides artists, musicians and record labels with a variety of music related features, all located in one place, for a fully manageable website.

The project is the brainchild of acclaimed WordPress designers/developers Luke McDonald, Brady Vercher and Brody Vercher. They combined their love of music and the web to craft the framework for what essentially would become an all-in-one WordPress plugin. "There's certainly no reason bands shouldn't own their data in this day and age," states Brody. "With AudioTheme, we've built a framework to allow for all of that. In addition, our themes are geared specifically towards bands and artists, all built on the same platform, making the data portable. Switching a theme no longer means existing plugins need to be re-integrated, it's as easy as switching the theme for a basic blog."
The premium websites are professionally designed by experienced developers to give music makers a fully manageable, stunning, smart, fan friendly online presence at a fraction of the cost. "Audiotheme will lower the barrier of entry for musicians to get their content online, and easily be able to manage that content," states Luke. "We've built a set of tools that will allow musicians to manage and showcase their audio, video, gigs, and more directly from their own site."
In support of its launch, AudioTheme is offering a free one-month Framework trial and a free one-year Personal License, with any theme purchase. Sales will be directed back into the project to continue to provide quality themes and products benefiting the music community. In addition, a portion of AudioTheme proceeds will go towards Open Source Audio projects and nonprofit groups such as the Starkey Hearing Foundation and 1% for the Planet.
