This year’s event was held on Thursday, April 18, at the Harold Washington Library Center and honored Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois and the company’s 75-year commitment to volunteerism.
Anixter Center provides services for people with all types of physical, mental, developmental, and behavioral health disabilities and challenges. More than 10,000 children, teens, and adults are served annually by Anixter Center, many of whom live below the federal poverty line with little or no family support. This was the organization’s second annual benefit, of which DTI is a bronze sponsor.
