nQueue Billback announced today that its President & Chief Executive Officer, Rick Hellers, will present at the 2013 ALA Annual Conference & Exposition. The session is entitled “The Future of Law Firm Technology For Firms of All Sizes” and will take place on Monday, April 15 at 3:15 pm. The ALA Annual Conference & Exposition is produced by the Association of Legal Administrators and is billed as the premier legal management event of the year. It takes place on April 14-17, 2013 near Washington, D.C.
In this interactive session, Rick Hellers will leverage his 30 years of experience in legal technology to lead a discussion about uniform scanning solutions; cost recovery and capturing data that tells a story; and document management including secure client communications. The session will also cover how to use technology to support alternative fee arrangements.
“Technology is changing the way work gets done in law firms. ‘Less paper’ initiatives are starting to succeed, creating new efficiencies and new document management challenges. Clients are expecting more value faster. Firms are finally starting to embrace ‘big data’ initiatives, using data analysis to make better decisions,” said Hellers. This session is designed to help attendees understand how to better leverage their current technology and predict what will be expected of them and their technology in the future.
