Xact Data Discovery (XDD), a leading international provider of discovery and data management services for law firms, corporations and government agencies, announces Nick Reizen, XDD vice president of electronic discovery, has been nominated for ILTA’s 2013 Consultant of the Year Award. The nomination was submitted by XDD client David Hancock of the law firm Akerman Senterfitt.
ILTA’s annual awards program is an opportunity for ILTA members to recognize their peers as champions in the legal community. The Consultant of the Year Award honors outstanding achievement by an individual consultant or consultant company in the provision of technology services in the legal environment. It recognizes how the applicant has extended knowledge and leadership skills to the legal community and reflected ILTA’s core values.
Nick Reizen is a veteran of the litigation support and e-discovery industries, beginning his tenure with Xact Data Discovery in 2007, prior to which he worked for Prism Litigation. David Hancock is the national litigation support manager for Akerman Senterfitt based in the firm’s Orlando office. Reizen has worked with Hancock over the past year on several large projects touching each stage of the EDRM.
Winners of the ILTA 2013 Distinguished Peer Awards will be announced on August 20, 2013 at ILTA’s annual conference.
