Whether for a corporate team, family, or individual, BoldrDash obstacles are provided at various fitness levels so entrants can challenge themselves at their own level all while helping a great cause.
For those who wish to be even better prepared, BoldrDash offers several, fun training options. For a one-time payment of $120.00, BoldrDash Bootcampers can use our partner gyms as well as the Sunday Outdoor BoldrDash Bootcamps. We partner with some of the best gyms in RI to provide specific training for BoldrDash courses, and our incredibly popular outdoor bootcamps will be held at different locations throughout Rhode Island, every Sunday in April for the full, fun training experience!

About Outdoor Bootcamps
BoldrDash president and founder, Lynn Hall, runs an outdoor bootcamp unlike any other. The bootcamps are held in the North Kingstown, East Greenwich, South County area every Sunday in April. Bootcampers will participate in running and agility drills, use heavy weights, partner games and body weight exercises, as well as using some very unique devices to challenge themselves in ways they never thought possible. With up to 40 participants at a time, these bootcamps have proven to be not only a great way to get in shape for the race, but a great way to meet people and forge new relationships. Early sign-up is recommended but drop in’s are also welcome, if space allows, with a drop in fee of $15.00.

BoldrDash is organized to help support local charities and organizations. In 2011 BoldrDash helped North Kingstown Schools buy new uniforms for the middle school basketball teams and continue busing for student-athletes to games. Last year (2012) BoldrDash helped raise money for Pathways Strategic Teaching Center, a division of Trudeau Center, local sports organizations, and SK Cares in South Kingstown, RI. This year, BoldrDash will be hosting two events, the first on May 18 and 19, 2013 at Westerly Town Beaches and Misquamicut State Beach in Westerly, RI. to help "Bring Back the Beach,” a non-profit arm of The Greater Westerly-Pawcatuck Chamber that is working toward the recovery of the Misquamicut Beach community.
