This year’s, Social Learning Bootcamp - an annual feature championed by Future Workplace - saw participation from leading learning companies like Kaplan, Pearson, Microsoft, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Serco, Badgeville and MindTickle, represented by their top management executives.
Spread over two days on the 7th and 8th of March 2013, the bootcamp was an informal structured format comprising product presentations, networking sessions and team breakouts. The participants discovered insights and pragmatic applications of social learning in an enterprise context, understood the hottest trend in learning and development - enterprise gamification, and learnt how to build a business case for social learning within one’s organization. Though the bootcamp concluded on 8th March, 2013, the participants continue to learn and engage over a customized social learning platform - thanks to the power of enterprise gamification.
