Brookfield Homes, one of California’s leading residential builders, announced today that Joshua Roden has been elected the company’s vice president of land and planning.

Roden, who has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, brings with him a strong understanding of land acquisition and project management as well as a passion to succeed. Prior to his leadership position at Brookfield Homes, Roden served nine years as the vice president of land acquisition, bay area at Meritage Homes.
Previous accomplishments include his appointment as director of acquisitions, Northern California at Urban Housing Group as well as his project manager position at Opus, a design-build and development company in Pleasanton, California.
