To obtain this facility, customers would have to make sure that they have entered their correct mobile number as part of account creation. If they have had their landline numbers registered earlier, GiveBestDeal.com urges them to replace it with their mobile number before doing next purchase from the website as this will enable them to obtain the voucher in their mobile phone via a SMS.
The SMS service is now available for almost all Indian mobile networks of India such as Airtel, Reliance, Tata, Idea, Docomo networks, but the SMS will not be sent to non-India based mobile numbers. If a customer living away from India wants to purchase a package for someone living in India, he has to make sure that the number registered in the account is the number of the person living in India to whom the package is purchased for.
