All 286 guests that completed the survey reported that they would use Arch’s services again. Additionally, all guests surveyed indicated that they would refer Arch Interim Housing’s services to friends, family members, and business associates.
The survey is based on a scale of one to ten; one represents the worse service imaginable while ten represents the best service one could possibly receive. All facets of guests’ experience are rated, including cleanliness, quality of furnishings and housewares, quality of service, speed of service, and the quality of the communities.
