Fans of the Wireless Ypsilanti Project’s Facebook page can enter to win the tablet by submitting a photo using the wireless service. HDL’s Wireless Ypsilanti Project was designed to give free broadband Internet access to the city’s 20,000 residents, as well as visitors.
