Infinity Contact, an integrated customer contact company announced today their partnership with Involta, a local data storage center in Marion, Iowa. Involta will be providing Infinity Contact with rack space in their hardened data center. In the event of a disaster to Infinity’s facility, all data systems and services will not be touched, remaining operational and accessible from remote locations.
