MarketMaker4, an eSourcing industry leader, recently hired Peter Danos to serve as their Vice President, Client Enablement. Danos specializes in developing SaaS business models and will look to leverage his expertise in Account Management and Customer Care to drive scaleability and enhance the customer experience at MM4. Prior to joining MarketMaker4, Pete held a variety of senior leadership roles at both eHarmony and, most recently, MSDSOnline.

Pete and his team will be based in MarketMaker4’s Chicago office. As Vice President of Client Enablement he will be responsible for providing vision and guidance for the team members in supporting new and existing clients. Pete will also be working to develop customer retention programs, and anticipating clients evolving needs.
