Complete Probe Solutions, Inc. announced today that it has appointed MVTS Technologies as its distributor for Electroglas brand wafer prober products in Asia, the U.S. and select regions of Europe. The agreement includes distribution of new wafer probers, upgrades and spare parts. Under the agreement MVTS will also become the primary provider of service and application support in the covered regions.
