KLAS, a leading analyst firm that collects and disseminates customer opinion, has issued its annual “Best in KLAS” rankings which indicates that customers are very satisfied with Centricity* Business. Centricity Business, GE Healthcare’s enterprise revenue cycle management solution, ranked #2 in the Patient Accounting and Patient Management category, with the greatest percentage increase in KLAS score among identified category leaders. In the Practice Management (75+ physicians) category, Centricity Business broke into the top 3. The survey results suggest customers are recognizing GE Healthcare’s commitment to software as a platform to drive quality in healthcare, while making it more efficient and affordable.
Based in Orem, Utah, KLAS is a research firm on a global mission to improve healthcare delivery by enabling providers to be heard and to be counted. KLAS conducts more than 1,900 healthcare provider interviews per month, working with more than 4,500 hospitals and more than 3,000 doctors’ offices and clinics. The firm publishes approximately 40 performance and perception reports per year and has ratings on more than 250 healthcare technology vendors and more than 900 products and services.
Centricity Business is a proven, next-generation revenue cycle management solution that supports traditional and accountable reimbursement models – shared savings, capitation, and bundled payments – for greater profitability, efficiency and enhanced quality of care. It is currently used by hundreds of leading healthcare organizations across the United States including 82% of those in the July 16, 2012 US News & World Report “2012-13 Best Hospitals Honor Roll.”
