Cooperative Exchange approved the membership of NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary of Quality Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: QSII) and a leading provider of healthcare information systems and connectivity solutions. They will join other Cooperative Exchange members, in providing more than 2.3 billion unique claims – which amounts to more than $800 billion in claims dollars.
