The new reach truck BT Reflex O-series RRE160R from Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) performs indoor and outdoor multi-task operations, providing customers with maximum flexibility in operations and driving down costs.
Toyota Material Handling Europe (toyota-forklifts.eu) extends its range of advanced reach trucks with the launch of a new model: the BT Reflex O-series RRE160R. Aligning high performance, quality and safety with low handling costs, this reach truck is derived from Toyota’s class-leading BT Reflex R-series model. It therefore benefits from the latter’s key features: the unique Transitional Lift Control (TLC) system for fast and secure working at height, the powerful AC motors, 360° steering and the advanced driver cab with the ‘Totalview’ concept. This new series incorporates the BT Reflex core values of productivity, driveability, safety and durability, but gains much in flexibility.
While conventional reach trucks are built for smooth and level floors, the O-series’ traditional wheel and gearbox configuration has been adapted to allow effective work on outdoor surfaces as well. Thanks to its 145 mm ground clearance and its large super-elastic tyres that secure grip on wet or high-temperature asphalt, the BT Reflex O-series can easily cope with rugged, loose surfaces. Its high performance in different environments makes it a reliable partner in a wide variety of industries and applications.
A range of all-weather protection options are also available with this model. This includes a fully enclosed cab with large clear-screen windows for enhanced visibility, door, heater and fan facilities to allow indoor/outdoor operations. Powerful working lights make the truck fully functional even in darker environments.

The new model continues to offer top-level handling performance when working as a traditional reach truck in the racking systems. The BT Reflex O-series RRE160R is available with a 1600kg capacity and lift heights up to 7.5 metres.
