Assima, Inc is pleased to announce that a collective Brandon Hall award received by Morgan Stanley Smith Barney (MSSB), Accenture, Assima and The Training Associates was announced by John Vander Zee, Managing Director of MSSB’s Wealth Management Group.
The Brandon Hall Award is based on a rigorous judging process and evaluated by a panel of independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group Sr. Analysts and Executive Leadership based upon the following criteria: ‘fit to the need’, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measureable benefits.
Now entering its 18th year, the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program is the most prestigious awards program in the industry, often referred to as the “Academy Awards” by Learning, Talent and Business professionals. The Brandon Hall Group, a research and analyst organisation focused on developing research-driven solutions to drive organisational performance for emerging and large organisations, has over 10,000 clients globally and 20 years of delivering world class solutions.
The MSSB integration process involved training more than 2000 Financial Advisors across multiple new and existing critical financial management business applications. The Assima Training Suite (ATS) tool was used for core simulation and documentation, as well as a means to eliminate training environments. Assima’s Professional Services team successfully implemented the ATS training strategy and execution of the MSSB conversion program, while being a strategic partner of Accenture throughout this critical process.
“We are extremely proud of our partnership with each of the firms awarded, and equally proud of the tangible results and value that we collectively delivered to our Financial Advisors and their teams over the last two years,” said Vander Zee.
Said Jay Kuhlman, General Manager Assima Inc.,“Achieved through our strong partnership with Accenture and MSSB, and the measurable benefits we delivered, Assima (assima.net) is very proud to be a recipient of the 2012 Brandon Hall award.”
