The two day seminar which takes place on Thursday, September 20thand Friday, September 21st, is being held at the Westin Southfield at 1500 Town Center in Southfield, Michigan. The seminar, titled “The Assault on Auto No-Fault: A War on Many Fronts,” will concentrate on the recent Supreme Court Decisions as well as the auto insurance industry and how fight back more effectively against insurance companies denying the rights for Michigan auto accident victims to attain the no-fault insurance benefits they are entitled to after suffering injuries.
Daniel Buckfire will be speaking at the Michigan Association for Justice Seminar on the Insurance Industry. He will discuss topics such as the auto insurance companies approaches, tactics, experts, claims personnel, and more to help one better understand their tactics.
“Every driver in the State of Michigan is required to have an automobile insurance policy with no-fault benefits. An individual injured in a Michigan car accident, motorcycle accident, truck accident, bicycle accident, or pedestrian accident, is most likely entitled to Michigan no-fault benefits, regardless of who was at fault,” says Daniel Buckfire. “Many of times the insurance adjuster will use different tricks and tactics when dealing with a no-fault insurance claim. They are notorious for playing games with personal injury and accident victim’s benefits. When this happens, the accident victim should hire the best possible Michigan car accident lawyer to handle their case.”
A person may either pre-register to attend the No-Fault Institute seminar or register on site as space permits. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. daily and is not only open to Michigan Association for Justice Members but non-members as well. Depending on your membership will determine the charge for registration.
