Kelso Consulting, a Thames Valley public relations agency whose specialist areas include professional service firms and partnerships, will start its seminars this autumn on the 30th November. The opening seminar will look at the techniques for “keeping clients forever” or client relationship management.
The presentation in Theale, Berkshire will be by Chris Matthews of Sutherlands, a business development consultancy which helps professional firms expand. His presentation will include simple planning tools that are effective in keeping clients.
