ReproTech's main goal is to provide cost-effective, long-term storage of human reproductive specimens to IVF (in vitro fertilization) centers and hospitals throughout the nation. With its new facility in Mesquite, Texas, ReproTech will be serving the Southwest and lower Midwest, which covers eight states within the U.S. ReproTech has already established agreements with the University of Texas Southwestern (Dallas) and the Fertility Associates of Memphis, both of whom have also joined ReproTech’s ever-expanding Fertility Preservation Network.
ReproTech is the only company in the nation that focuses exclusively on the long-term storage of reproductive tissues. ReproTech does not sell donor sperm. ReproTech does not provide IVF services. ReproTech stores reproductive tissue.
In many instances, IVF centers find the complexities and responsibilities involved in long-term cryostorage warrant third party involvement. ReproTech (reprotech.com) is uniquely equipped to meet the patients’ long-term storage needs, thereby releasing the clinician and lab staff of the commitment. ReproTech assumes responsibility for transfer and storage of the cryopreserved tissue, as well as all future correspondence and final disposition. Due to this growing demand, a new facility in Texas will be a great response to the difficulties that so many IVF centers and hospitals are facing.
In addition to physical storage services, ReproTech’s experienced staff provides expert consultation services for long-term storage of reproductive tissues and donor program management, to assist in compliance with regulatory agencies. Its Site Director at the new Texas location is Nanette S. Broyles, BS, TS (ABB). Broyles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Western Washington University as well as Technical Supervisor certification by the American Board of Bioanalysts. Prior to joining ReproTech she spent 22 years working as a Laboratory Technician and Laboratory Supervisor for the Texas Center for Reproductive Health. Broyles is an active member of the American Association of Bioanalysts, College of Reproductive Biology, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with grandchildren, spin class, yoga, hiking, camping and cooking.
