With the opening of offices in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro by Brazil Master Franchise, the Coldwell Banker franchise system now has a presence in 51 countries and territories worldwide.

Brazil Master Franchise, which purchased the rights to direct the Coldwell Banker brand in the South American country last year, is headed by President Antonio Lourenço and his leadership team, and is headquartered in Sao Paulo.
