Major renovations at the boutique hotel Circa39 on Miami Beach have been completed. The upgrades included the installment of brand new hard wood floors in all of the rooms and suites of the hotel’s courtyard building, The Mansion. In addition, all of the rooms and hallways in the main building have fresh new carpeting.

Circa39 Hotel, built in 1939, is an 82-room boutique hotel on Miami Beach’s Collins Avenue and is managed by Desires Hotels, the boutique division of Tecton Hospitality. Circa 39 offer guests a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast at BISTRO@39 and complimentary cocktails at the PLAY Bar from 6:30 pm until 8 pm daily. Other hotel amenities include an outdoor pool with cabanas and bar service, a fitness center and a beautiful courtyard, ideal for reading, relaxing or hosting events.
