After several years as a broker in charge of Weichert, Realtors – Dean-Kelby that he started, grew and sold in 2008 (later becoming a sales Broker for Weichert, Realtors Palmetto Coast), Crabtree’s timing and decision to open his real estate firm right now is based on his desire to create and implement the exact system that he believes real estate sellers and homebuyers demand from the real estate industry.

Just days since the new company opened its doors; there has been a significant increase of 45% in web traffic on housedog.com, resulting from the renewed online approach. The company has seen an increase in lead volume for their listings of about 50% more than at Crabtree’s previous company.
Opening a full service real estate agency that represents both sellers and homebuyers, he plans to hand select a small group of agents who will diligently assist consumers in finding or selling a home and negotiating a solid deal.
