Brasserie Zédel opened on 25 June 2012. The restaurant, owned by Jeremy King and Chris Corbin, serves classic French brasserie fare at affordable prices. The wine list is derived entirely from France with all non-reserve wines available by the glass and pichet.
The decision to install the innovative ‘Le Verre De Vin’ system ensures customers always receive a quality glass of wine.
